Sydney-listed Pure Hydrogen Corporation has signed an agreement with commercial vehicles manufacturer and distributor BLK Auto to sell hydrogen products, it said on September 30.

The agreement will allow Pure Hydrogen to resell an expanded range of hydrogen-fuelled trucks, buses and storage pods to customers in the Asia Pacific, India and Africa.

The agreement is for a term of 10 years with an exclusivity period of one year, which starts from the delivery of the first hydrogen fuel cell prime mover for trial by Pepsico Australia expected to start in the second quarter of this year.

Headquartered in Queensland, BLK is an importer, distributor and manufacturer of commercial vehicles in Australia and New Zealand.
